Why not think about how you can help your neighbourhood become all that it wants to be?
Luke 14:12-14
"The next time you put on a dinner, don't just invite your friends and family and rich neighbors, the kind of people who will return the favor. Invite some people who never get invited out, the misfits from the wrong side of the tracks. You'll be—and experience—a blessing. They won't be able to return the favor, but the favor will be returned—oh, how it will be returned!—at the resurrection of God's people."

How Do you navigate any poor relationships that exist between neighbors at an event like this? I worry that everyone will be uncomfortable.
Yes, when Jesus is present usually someone is upset.
I think you could start small, & also take solace in the fact that seeds of reconciliation & barrier-breaking could be sown.
One of the key questions we need to wrestle with is, 'How do I react to kingdom of God values?'
I don't think it's my role to mend their relationships.
We can't mend anyone else's relationships, only they can do that.
